Specializing in luxury new development and resales, Lindsey holds special relationships with a powerful network of contacts across multiple business sectors and continents. Her broad real estate background includes working as a sales associate, sales director and consultant in new development, as well as managing a boutique family-owned brokerage and property management company.

Lindsey has personally been a buyer, seller and landlord, and has completed transactions with the leading brokers and developers in the industry while architecting record-breaking sales throughout different neighborhoods and buildings. This extensive knowledge, coupled with her vast connections, access to off market deals, and big-picture thinking allows her to envision rising neighborhoods and identify undervalued properties before they're in demand.

Raised in a fourth generation family from Vero Beach, Florida, Lindsey has real estate in her blood. Her great grandfather was an early pioneer, assisting with the development of the Barrier Island before being elected mayor, and founding one of the community's first real estate companies in 1949. She continues in this tradition of excellence, and has carried forward her family's reputation of delivering decades of expertise and results.

Lindsey has maintained residences in NYC and South Florida since 2007. Her interests include environmental and architectural innovation, music, art, films, technology, design, and Bikram yoga.
